Ritchie & Lederle Carbajal
Ritchie and Lederle have helped plant churches since 1997. They met as a couple during their search for God’s saving grace coming out of a legalistic Christian environment.
Ritchie is an ordained minister and holds a degree in Masters of Divinity. He was born in Los Angeles after his father came to America as a medical student from Manila. His experience in ministry includes worship, music, outreach, teaching, and youth ministry. He has also worked in the music industry for many years in production, recording and performance. His other interests include piano rebuilding, carpentry and auto mechanics. He is lead pastor and also helps with worship and media.
Lederle grew up in the mission field—Vietnam and Thailand—and holds a bachelor’s degree in business secretarial administration. She teaches piano, homeschools the kids, and loves to entertain at home. Her other hobbies include scrapbooking, gardening and cooking. She is in charge of children's ministries and also helps with hospitality and worship.
Their close-knit, blended family is a living testament of God’s mercy and grace. All of the kids—Chris, Darrell, Julia and Sean—get involved in the different ministries of Crossweave whenever possible.
