Bud & Christin Newman
Bud & Christin first met online, and then in person at the Baltimore-Washington International Airport. Bud and his family are from Southern California while Christin and her family are from the Maryland/Virginia area. They both attended community college and Bible college and have worked in various church settings. They were sent off as Crossweave’s first missionaries even before the church started holding services.
Bud & Christin share many common interests such as playing and writing music, singing, missionary work, computer games, photography, and spending time with friends and family. They both lead worship at Crossweave. Bud met the Carbajals on the worship team at Bridge Community Church several years ago. He also exercises his gift of teaching at worship gatherings while Christin leads the women's group.
They don’t have any children [yet] but have a dog (Pomeranian) that responds to “Monster Truck” and a cat, “Mistress Ching”, that they brought back from Hong Kong.
