Crossweave Church

So, if God is actively at work in the world today, he constantly seeks you out in his desire to have a deep relationship with you.  One way he does that is by amazing you with a truth discovery about himself or the Bible.  One discovery a new believer shared with me just recently is on how merciful and patient God was!  That thought had never occurred to them before!

There are two things that God wishes to accomplish when he wows you with something about himself that you’ve never realized before—it will definitely bless your life and it will lead someone else to know him.  This is exactly the way it happened when Jesus amazed the Samaritan woman at the well with living water that would quench her thirst forever.  She got so excited and was greatly blessed.  She also shared this discovery with the rest of the town and led others to meet Jesus themselves.  They responded and said, "We no longer believe just because of what you said; now we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the Savior of the world."

Be on the lookout for a brand new discovery whether it be in your personal study, a podcast, or some random, unexpected event in your life.  Start seeing God as one who truly cares and is actively reaching out to you as well as all those around you.
