Barry & Naila Chan

Barry and Naila met at San Jose State University where they were both studying graphic design.  They were married in 1995 and have two sons. They met the Carbajal family in 2001 and have been close friends ever since.  They feel very blessed to be part of the Crossweave family and love to help however they can. Barry is responsible for all design, print and video at Crossweave each week while Naila helps with hospitality.

Barry is a Northern California native and has been a professional auto spectator since he was 3. His passion for cool cars is obvious: you’ll find him at the SEMA show in Las Vegas every November or working on his impressive 1/18th scale car collection display and DVD collection. He has loved the Lord all his life but truly became interested in the teachings of the Bible during the last 7 years. Besides his freelance graphic design business, he keeps busy by shuttling the boys to and from school and keeping them on track with homework and activities.

Naila was born in Washington D.C., and moved to Northern California when she was 9. She was then relocated to Southern California with the family in 2000 for work. She enjoys all things artsy—museums, architecture, jewelry, crafts, and decorating. She has been in the Corporate Marketing department at Sony for almost 12 years now and is currently specializing in HDTV and Home Entertainment merchandising displays. She, too, has loved the Lord all her life and feels so blessed to be part of such as wonderful church family.
